How do I customise this card?
Once your order is placed you will get an automated email from our design team, once you have sent us acceptable artwork or logo, we will send a digital mock up for your approval.
We are always happy to help with design if you do not have a logo!
Do you offer a guarantee?
All of our NFC business cards come with a lifetime guarantee. If you card's NFC chip was to stop working or the QR code was to stop scanning, we will create a new business card for your free of charge!

How to place your order
Once you place your order online, you will be able to send artwork to our UK design team, who will guide your through the next steps of joining Kinect Card.
Place order
Simply select the number of cards you need on your chosen material and place your order online. You can also select the Pro+ networking package, giving you access to all pro software features used be leading teams globally.
Design Stage
After checkout you can submit your artwork request to our design team. Here we will create a digital mock up for you to approve before we print and despatch
Platform Access
Here you can start creating employee profiles and start assigning employees to your physical cards.

How it works
What is an NFC business card and how does it work?
An NFC business card looks just like a regular card but has a small chip inside. When someone taps it against their smartphone, it instantly opens your digital profile — your contact details, social links, website, whatever you choose. No typing, no fuss.
This digital profile is managed and controlled by our business card software, allowing you to update your details in real time and even reassign cards between team members.
Do I need an app to tap or receive a card?
No app needed — for you or the person you're sharing with. Your card opens directly in their phone's browser with a single tap.
What phones are compatible? Does it work with iPhones?
It works with most modern smartphones. iPhones 7 and newer support NFC natively, as do the vast majority of Android devices made in the last several years.
What if someone's phone doesn't have NFC?
Every card also comes with a QR code printed on the back. They simply scan it and land on the same profile — so no one gets left out.
Customisation
Can I personalise my card with my logo, brand colours, and links?
Yes all NFC business cards are fully customisable. Our PVC & Bamboo range are printed in CMYK and our metal business cards are laser engraved.

When do I send my artwork to you
Once you complete your order after checkout, you will receive an automated email from our design team. Please send us your artwork afterwards and you will be assigned a design manager.
Do I get to see my card before it's printed
Yes we create a digital mock up for all cards, where you can then approve it before we print your new NFC business card.

How do I place my order — is it all done online?

What's the standard production time?
Standard production takes 3 from proof approval.

Managing my card
Can I update my details after the card has been printed?
Yes, anytime. Log into your dashboard and update your profile — new job title, phone number, links, whatever's changed. Your physical card stays the same; the profile behind it updates instantly.
What happens if I change jobs.
Just update your profile online. You'll never need to reorder because your information changed — that's the whole point.
Can I reassign cards between team members?
Yes absolutely, for teams with multiple NFC business cards, you can reassign cards at anytime, giving you the felxibility and never have to order business cards again.

Are there subscriptions or hidden fees?
We offer an essentials platform, giving you everything you need to share your details and capture leads. Whgich has no subscription. For customers that want advanced analytics, custom lead forms, multiple brand management, integrations and employee portal, there is a subscription, which can be cancelled at anytime.
