A location is an asset that stores all the details specific to one of your offices — address, phone number, contact email, website, and social media links. Once created, you assign it to a team and every employee in that team inherits those details on their card automatically.
Yes. Each team can be assigned its own location, so your London office and Manchester office can display completely different address and contact details — all managed from the same admin account.
Every card linked to that location updates in real time the moment you save the change. There's nothing for employees to do — their card simply reflects the new information immediately.
Yes. Locations work for any country — just enter the address and set the default country dial code for that office. International teams always display the right local contact details.
Pro customers get unlimited locations. NFC-only and free plan customers can create one location. You can upgrade at any time to add more.
