Kinect Card has five plans.
For NFC business cards, there's NFC Card Only (free, limited features) and NFC Card + Pro (full platform access from £1.49/user/month). For digital business cards, there are three tiers — Digital Starter, Digital Professional, and Digital Business — all with the same feature set, with the price per user decreasing as your team grows.
Yes. If you purchase an NFC business card, you can use the free NFC Card Only plan with no ongoing fees. This includes basic analytics, basic lead generation, and one location. Upgrading to NFC Card + Pro or a digital plan unlocks the full platform including integrations, multiple locations, customisable themes, and more.
All digital plans include the same software features. The difference is team size — the more users you have, the lower the cost per user. Digital Starter suits teams from 5 - 20, Digital Professional suits teams of 21–50, and Digital Business is for teams of 51 or more with custom pricing available on request.
Yes. All digital plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the platform from day one and can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
After your trial, billing defaults to monthly. If you switch to annual billing, you save 20% — equivalent to two months free. You can switch billing cycles at any time from your account settings or contacting us here
You can upgrade at any time and your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for unused time.
Monthly plans have a minimum term of one month. Annual plans have a minimum term of 12 months. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
No. You can purchase an NFC business card outright and use it on the free plan indefinitely with no ongoing fees. If you want to unlock the full feature set — including integrations, multiple themes, and advanced analytics — you can subscribe to NFC Card + Pro at any time. Shop business cards with NFC here
Yes. The plans operate independently, but we offer a hybrid solution for teams who want both. Get in touch and we'll put together the right setup for your team.
Yes. Digital plan pricing automatically decreases per user as your team size increases. For larger enterprise teams or bespoke requirements, contact us directly and we'll provide tailored pricing.
No. You can order as few or as many NFC business cards as you need, with no minimum order requirement.
NFC business card prices shown on the site include VAT. Subscription plan prices shown on the pricing page exclude VAT.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
