Everything you need to know about controlling your brand across every Kinect profile.
The Kinect Theme Manager is an admin tool that lets you create branded profile templates and assign them to your teams. You control colours, backgrounds, button styles, and typography — so every employee profile looks on-brand without any input from the employee themselves.
No. Themes are created and assigned at admin level, giving you full control over how your brand appears across every profile. Employees can update their personal details, but the visual design is locked to the theme you've set.
You can create multiple themes and assign them to different teams, departments, or locations. This makes it easy to run different looks for different parts of your business — for example, a separate theme for events or a regional office.
Changes apply across all profiles assigned to that theme in real time. There are no reprints and no manual updates — the moment you save a change, every affected profile reflects it automatically.
You can customise background colours, wallpaper images, button colours, text colours, and divider styles. All changes are made through a visual editor in your admin dashboard — no design or coding experience needed.
No. Because profiles inherit their visual styling from the theme they're assigned to, a rebrand means updating the theme once. All profiles update automatically, regardless of how many employees you have.
