How do I assign an NFC business card?
Go to your card dashboard, select the card, and assign it to an employee from your team list. Their profile links to the card instantly — no technical setup required.

Activate / deactivate
Need to pause a card temporarily? Toggle it off from the dashboard in one click. The card stops working instantly and can be reactivated just as quickly.

In each card seat (as pictured) you can download the QR code too and use it inn other areas of your marketing like email signatures.

Go to your card dashboard, select the unassigned NFC business card, and choose the employee from your team list. Their Kinect profile links to the card immediately — no technical setup, no delays.
Yes. Your Kinect dashboard shows every card in your account — NFC business cards and digital business cards — in one place. You can assign, reassign, activate, or deactivate any card type from the same screen.
The previous employee's profile is unlinked and the new employee's profile takes over instantly. The physical card doesn't change — just the person behind it.
Yes. Toggle any card off from the dashboard and it stops working immediately. The employee record stays intact and the card can be reactivated at any time.
Go to their employee record and revoke their digital business card. It's removed from their Apple or Google Wallet instantly — no action required on their end.
Only if you need an additional card. If you're replacing someone who left, their card can be reassigned directly to the new starter. Each NFC business card lasts up to 100,000 taps and updates as many times as needed.
