We offer a 100% Free of charge design service with every card. So please just send artwork to us after checkout. However, you are more than welcome to do your own design too. If you need any help please contact us on the form below.
What materials can I design my NFC business card for?
Kinect Card offers PVC, Eco Bamboo, and Pure metal NFC business cards.
For PVC & Eco bamboo cards, we can offer a full colour (CMYK) print with gloss finishes.
For our Pure Metal Cards, we laser engrave your design on to your card for the ultimate finish.
How do I send my artwork after checkout?
After completing your order, you’ll receive an automated email from design@kinectcard.com requesting your artwork. Simply reply to that email with your files attached. You can also send artwork directly to the same address if you prefer.
Can you help me design my card?
Yes — our in-house design team can support you at every stage. Most customers send their logo or brand assets, and our designers create a digital mock-up of the proposed card based on your brief. You’ll always receive a design proof for approval before we print.
What are the most common artwork mistakes?
The most common issue we see islow-resolution or pixelated artwork. Poor quality images will print with visible blur or distortion. For best results, please provide vector files or high-resolution logos whenever possible.
Do you offer design templates or artboards?
Yes, you’ll find Adobe Illustrator artboards on this page. These templates show exact sizing and safe zones, helping professional designers align key elements correctly before submission.
Will my artwork be checked before printing?
Yes — Our design team send a digital mock up for your approval before we print any cards- please note that any typography under 10 pixels may not print clearly on CMYK cards and could be omitted from the final design. This does not apply to laser-engraved products, which support finer detail.
What if my file doesn’t meet print requirements?
If your design needs changes or adjustments, our team will contact you directly before printing. We can help correct sizing, bleed, or resolution issues to ensure the best possible finish.
