Switching profiles within the App
The mobile app, allows for users to create two profiles, perfect for those that have multiple business commitments. To create a secondry profile, please follow the below steps.
- Open the mobile app on your device and click ' My Profile'
- At the top of the screen, there is a drop downbox, displaying your name, click this box, then click 'New Profile'
- Create your new profile, this is your secondary profile.
- Once you have completed your new profile, click 'Save'
- To switch between profiles, simply click the dropdown at the top of the screen and select the profile you wish to display.
- Once you have selected the profile you wish to display, click 'Make primary'
- This will now be the profile your card shares when tapped or scanned.
