30 Day Replacement Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In the event that you have received a defective product, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost for claims made within 30 days of purchase.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy applies to all Kinect Card Limited products.

Once the Kinect Card has been programmed and or printed, a 50% cancellation charge will apply on all purchases after the card has been programmed and or printed. Once the Kinect Card has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

REPRINT POLICY

If you have received a printed product with which you are dissatisfied, please email pictures of the product to hello@kinectcard.com, highlighting what you consider deficient, so that we may advise and make changes where necessary.

In some cases, you may be asked to return the product, please do not do so until directed. Any error in production, or if you have received something different from the original order, your product will be reprinted with no additional cost to you.

 

We cannot, however, be responsible for customer errors or inability to visualise the final product.

Kinect Card Limited are committed to providing great customer service and a finished product to meet your expectations.  If there are any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us at hello@kinectcard.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

 

Kinect Enterprise Software

 

During the Subscription Term, you may choose to cancel your subscription early, provided that, we will not provide any refunds and you will promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of the Subscription Term.

We do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using the Kinect Enterprise software subscription or the physical cards during your Subscription Term.

Your Subscription Term will automatically renew for the period indicated above, unless you tell us that you don't want to renew by providing notice of 1 calendar month.

Upon renewal, we may increase the fees to reflect future changes to our list prices. If this increase applies to you, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance of your renewal.

Any optional extras for instance replacement policies will be added to the cost of your annual subscription cost and are subject to the terms set out above.

Any replacements under the replacement policy not used in any given term are non transferable to any subsequent term.
