The free plan includes a custom digital profile, basic analytics, a basic lead capture form, unlimited taps and scans, one team per account, and one assignable location. There are no monthly charges and no time limit on the free tier.

Pro plans unlock advanced analytics, unlimited employees, custom lead capture forms, multiple brand profiles, team management and employee reporting tools, and priority support. Plus Integrations with Zapier launching spring 2026.

Both Pro Monthly and Pro Annual include the same full feature set — the only difference is the billing cycle.

Both plans include identical features. Pro Monthly is billed at £1.99 per month, while Pro Annual is billed at £17.99 per year — saving you approximately 25% compared to paying monthly. There are no additional charges on either plan beyond the stated subscription fee.

Yes. You can upgrade from the Individual plan to Pro at any time through your Kinect Card account. If you are on Pro Annual and wish to change your plan, please contact our team and we will assist you.

Any changes to your plan take effect on the next billing cycle.

There is no minimum contract on the free Individual plan or the Pro Monthly plan. Pro Annual is billed once per year. You are not locked into a long-term commitment beyond the chosen billing period.

Yes. Kinect NFC Business Cards are fully reusable. You can update your digital profile, reassign the card to a different team member, or change your branding at any time — all without purchasing a new card. The physical card itself remains the same; only the linked digital profile changes.

You only need one NFC card per person. Because the card links to your digital profile rather than printing information directly, a single card can be updated as many times as needed. Teams can order in bulk — please contact us for volume pricing.

The Digital-Only plan provides your team with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes — no physical NFC card is required. It is ideal for remote teams, large organisations, or businesses that want to deploy digital business cards instantly without waiting for hardware to be delivered.

Digital-Only plans are priced per team size, with a lower per-person rate as your team grows. The current pricing tiers are as follows: Solo (up to 5 people) at £4.99 per month, Professional (6 to 50 people) at £3.99 per month, Business (51 to 250 people) at £2.99 per month, and Enterprise for organisations over 250 people — please contact us for custom pricing. All prices exclude VAT.

Yes. Digital-Only plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. All Digital-Only plans include analytics, custom lead capture forms, team management tools, multiple brand profiles, and Zapier integration for connecting to your existing CRM or workflow tools.

Apple and Google Wallet passes are part of the Digital-Only plan and are not currently included in standard NFC Business Card subscriptions. If you are already using Kinect NFC Cards and would like to add digital passes for your team, please contact us and we will advise on the best upgrade path for your account.

No. All subscription prices displayed on this page exclude VAT. There are no hidden charges or additional fees beyond the stated plan price.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for eligible purchases. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
