Saving a contact file

Saving a contact, dependent on device has different steps.

The Kinect Card, will create a contact file for the device to download, from there, the recipient needs to actually save the contact to their contact records.

For Apple devices, please follow the below steps:

Step One

​

From your Kinect Card Profile, click 'Save as contact'

​

Step Two

​

You will now be presented with a contact preview. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'Create new contact'

Step Three

​

On the create a new contact page, click 'Don' in the top right corenr. The contact is now saved in your contact list.

For Android devices, please follow the below steps:

​

Step One

​

From your Kinect Card Profile, click 'Save as contact'

​

Step Two

​

The contact file will then be downloaded to your 'Downloads' file

​

Step Three

​

Open the downloaded file, review and click 'Save as contact'

​

The contact record is now stored in your contact list
