To add a profile picture, you must login to the app and head to the 'Account' tab.

Then please follow the below steps:

Step One

​

On the 'Upload Image' section, click the white area to launch the device options. You should be able to choose from photos, take a photo or even choose a stored file.

Step Two

​

Once you have chosen a photo, the file will be displayed. Please make sure you save changes at the bottom of the page.

Changing a photo

Visit the 'Account' section and click 'Update Profile Picture'

Then simply repeat steps one & two.

Top Tips

​

The image upload has the best results if you upload an image that is 1000pxls X 1000pxls. If the image upload fails, you may need to try an upload a lower resolution image with a smaller file size.
